MAMA’S KITCHEN

This unusual cookbook is much more than just a collection of favorite family recipes.  My three siblings and I were raised single-handedly by our mother, on a very limited budget. 

Many of these tasty recipes were created by our mother, in an attempt to keep inexpensive meals fun and interesting.  The result of her efforts were some elegant tasting foods that are truly affordable.

Here, those recipes have been interwoven with our personal memories of this incredible woman, along with what we know of her extraordinary life story . . . As well as many of the little tidbits of wisdom she shared with everyone who knew her.

This special, expanded edition, of Mama’s Kitchen contains all the recipes and stories that were featured in the original version.  We’ve also added some new recipes and more story elements from Mama’s life.    Its purpose is to commemorate what would have been Mama's 100th birthday, and was released on that date.   

All of us miss Mama as much today as we did when she first went Home.  We share our memories of her, and her wisdom, at every opportunity.
